Have you backed any board games on Kickstarter? What has been your experience?

I've backed quite a few over the years, but don't do as many these days. A couple that I'm looking forward to receiving are Star Realms Deluxe Nova Collection (because Star Realm is a fantastic game), and some tabletop tiles from The Hexagonal Gaming System by Wyrmwood.

My partner backed Ransom Note, and we just got it in the mail last week!!! The experience was pretty good for us, we ordered it about 6 months ago, so we had sort of forgotten about it when it arrived. The package confused us at first, and then it was a nice surprise to find out the game had shipped.

Played it a couple times so far, pretty fun!
